These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of ADHD The Easier Day Reset and related services. By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Purpose of the App & Non-Medical Disclaimer
ADHD The Easier Day Reset provides organizational, productivity, routine, and guided Reset tools intended to help users break everyday tasks into more manageable actions.
The App is not a medical provider and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent ADHD or any other medical or mental-health condition. App content is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
2. Accounts
If an account is required, you agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account to the extent permitted by law.
3. Subscriptions and Purchases
Some features may require a paid subscription or purchase. Pricing, billing period, renewal terms, and any trial terms will be shown before purchase. Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play are billed and managed by the applicable store and are also subject to that store's terms. You can manage or cancel store subscriptions through your Apple or Google account settings.
4. Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse, disrupt, damage, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the App or its systems except where applicable law expressly permits.
- Do not use the App to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malicious content, or interfere with other users or services.
- Do not attempt to bypass subscription, security, or access controls.
5. Camera and User Content
You are responsible for content you choose to capture, upload, or enter. Do not submit content you do not have the right to use. Camera and photo access is optional and is requested only for features that require it.
6. Intellectual Property
The App, branding, designs, text, graphics, software, and other materials provided by us are owned by or licensed to the operator of ADHD The Easier Day Reset and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App in accordance with these Terms.
7. Availability and Changes
We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or that the App will operate without interruption or error.
8. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that using the App will produce a particular productivity, health, financial, organizational, or personal outcome.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the App. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Account Termination and Deletion
You may stop using the App at any time and may request deletion of your account and associated data through the available in-app deletion path and our Account Deletion webpage. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these Terms, subject to applicable law.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. The updated Terms will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date. Where required, we will provide additional notice.
