This Privacy Policy explains how ADHD The Easier Day Reset (the “App”), operated by The Easier Day Co. (“we,” “us,” or “our”), handles information when you use the App and related website.

• Purchase and subscription information: transaction or subscription status needed to provide paid features. Payments made through Apple or Google are processed by the applicable app store; we do not receive your full payment-card number from the app store.
• Device, diagnostics, and usage information: technical or diagnostic information collected if the production app or its service providers use analytics, crash reporting, security, or similar tools.
• Communications: information you provide when you contact support or send us a request.

2. How We Use Information

• Provide, operate, personalize, and improve the App and its Reset features.
• Create and manage user accounts and preferences, where applicable.
• Provide camera-enabled functionality requested by the user.
• Manage subscriptions, entitlements, customer support, and service communications.
• Maintain security, prevent misuse, troubleshoot problems, and improve reliability.

3. Camera and Photos

The App may request access to your device camera or photos only when you choose to use a feature that requires that access. You can control camera and photo permissions through your device settings.

When you use camera-enabled room or clutter triage features, captured images are transmitted securely over TLS encryption for transient AI processing to produce your step-by-step guidance. Photos are not permanently stored on our servers, are never sold, and are never used to train public generative AI models.

4. How Information Is Shared

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate the App, only as needed to provide their services; to comply with law or protect rights and safety; or as part of a business transfer, subject to applicable law.

5. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law. Users may request deletion of their account and associated data through the account-deletion options described in the App and on our Account Deletion webpage. Certain limited information may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute-resolution, or other legitimate purposes.

• Manage camera, photo, notification, and other device permissions through your device settings.
• Update available account information and preferences through the App, where supported.
• Request account and associated-data deletion through the App and the Account Deletion webpage.
• Manage or cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription through the applicable store account settings.

8. Children's Privacy

ADHD The Easier Day Reset is not intended to collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information improperly, please contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

9. International Users

If you use the App from outside the country where our services are operated, information may be processed in other jurisdictions. Where required, we will handle personal information in accordance with applicable data-protection laws.
