Delete Your ADHD The Easier Day Reset Account

You can request deletion of your ADHD The Easier Day Reset account and the data associated with that account. Deleting your account is permanent and is different from signing out, uninstalling the App, or temporarily disabling access.
Option 1 — Delete from the App
Open ADHD The Easier Day Reset on your mobile device and navigate to:
Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your request. Your session is terminated and your cloud records are permanently purged immediately.
Option 2 — Request Deletion on the Web
If you cannot access the App, submit an account-deletion request using the web form below, or email us directly at:
Include enough information for us to identify the account securely, but do not send passwords or payment-card information.
What Will Be Deleted
After a valid deletion request is completed, we will delete the account and associated user data that we are not legally required or otherwise permitted to retain. This may include account/profile information, saved preferences, Reset-related data, and other data associated with the account, depending on what the production App stores.
What May Be Retained
We may retain limited information when reasonably necessary or legally required for purposes such as fraud prevention, security, accounting, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or enforcement of agreements. Retained information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions
Deleting your ADHD The Easier Day Reset account may not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. If you have an active subscription, manage or cancel it through the store account used to purchase it.
Processing Time
We will process verified deletion requests within the period required by applicable law (typically within 30 days). If additional time or verification is required, we will provide information about the next steps.
